TWI Phase 2 Engineering is a professional services engagement between the City of Toledo and a consulting team led by Black & Veatch. Most of the engineering and professional services work has been allocated to the various firms within the TWI Team; however, from time to time, additional specialty firms may be required. The TWI Team also has an MBE commitment. Though the current Team includes MBE firms to help it achieve the MBE commitment, they may need to add additional MBE firms with compatible professional and/or specialty services to ensure the commitment is met.
TWI has included a schedule of current and upcoming projects for those interested in being involved in the construction efforts. Construction firms and material suppliers interested in bidding these projects may contact the TWI Program Office at ToledoTWI@bv.com or 419-720-0900 to learn more about the specific projects that will be bid and consider attending the prebid meeting for a given project.
