The purpose of this notice is to seek public input and comments on the Ohio EPA’s preliminary decision that a Supplemental Environmental Study is not required to implement the recommendations discussed in the attached Environmental Assessment of the Bay View WWTP improvements project submitted by the City of Toledo.
