W-7: New York SSES and Inflow Reduction

Description:
- Combined sewers in the New York Avenue area previously were separated in the street right of way. However, combined sewer systems on private property still exist
- Separation eliminates discharge of sanitary sewage into the Maumee River and reduces peak flows into the Westside Interceptor Sewer
- Since the area already is serviced by separate sanitary and storm sewers, private inflow source removal and regulator abandonment are the most effective options for this area
