Description:
- Perform flow monitoring to determine if an SSES is required for this area, which was monitored as part of the 2003 flow monitoring with inconclusive results
- Previous sewer-separation project appears to have completed separation in the street right of ways, although private properties were not addressed
- Separate storm and sanitary sewers already in use, therefore private inflow source removal recommended as the most cost effective option
- Plan will eliminate discharge of sanitary sewage into the Maumee River and reduce peak flows into the Swan Creek Interceptor Sewer
